Great Planes addition to their electric warbird series is this Fokker Triplane. It looked good. I have one on order and will do a build along.

Here's the GP Fokker D-VII

Another view of all 3 warbirds

Thid is Lanier's SE5A. Looks very good, watch for a build along coming soon.

Lanier has a companion Fokker D-VII. We'll check it out as well.

Here's Balsa USA booth, very busy.

Another over view

This is their new 1/3 scale Nieuport 28. Big and beautiful

Also new, a 1/3 scale Nieuport 17. This was my favorite. It looked good.

The new 1/4 scale Spad XVIII

This is the 1/3 scale Fokker D-VII. A very large airplane. I have one on the bench

The 1/4 scale SE5A and the .40 size Taube

The Spad is good looking also

Balsa USA is bringing out Lozenge pattern covering. Both 5 color and 4 color. 1/4 scale will be first with maybe 1/3 scale following. It will be made for them by Solartex and offered in 2 meter rolls. It will iron on. You can see the 1/3 scale sample behind the sign.

Another view of the covering. Also note they are offering a new crimper package, with crimper tool and wire, that simulates full size rigging ends. Both 1/4 scale and 1/3 scale.

Another view of the 1/3 scale Nieuport 28

This is the 1/4 scale Nieuport 11

Close up of the Spad

Here's the Spad again and Balsa USA is going to sell a line of full size Pilots. They will have several options for the outfit and be offered in both 1/4 and 1/3 scale

Just another view of the Spad

The sign says it all

And again

Here's Glenn Torrance and his new 1/3 scale DR1 triplane. Glenn has a line of full bodies pilots, both 1/4 and 1/3 scale in German and allied/English dress.

Beautiful Tripe. This one is being built by good friend Del Johnson. Sorry I didn't get Del's picture, but both Del and the Triplane will be at the Hoosier Dawn Patrol

Another view of the Tripe

Glenn's kits are incredible. Laser cut and quite extensive. Bags of screws and laser cut metal fittings. Everything needed to produce a scale airplane

I was surprized to find Alan Yendle, all the way from Texas, working in Glenn's booth. Alan is a good friend, good to see him again. He's a tremendous scale builder.

They are actually fitting the mufflers on the RCS Roto 70 twin engine in the Tripe.

Sign says it all

Here's Dan Brett, the new owner of Wiiiliams Brothers Products and friend (sorry, I didn't get the young lady's name, shame on me) Dan lived in the Indy area several years ago and was floor manager of Indy RC's retail outlet. We had many great days flying together.

Here's their line up of pilots, wheels, engines,& guns for WW1 models. Great accessories we can't live without.

Dan is selling hard.
